Our classroom, behind the wheel and advanced skills program, as a package, is rated #1 in California by the National Driving Instructors Institute.

Our instructors make the difference! When your student attends one of our local classroom programs, he or she will be taken through the entire process by our team of veteran instructors. Each instructor is a current or retired law enforcement professional with years of traffic safety background. We teach students all of the latest safe driving techniques along with California specific rules and laws that will prepare them for a lifetime of safe and courteous driving.

register for drivers ed online and classroom with Start out Right

before Going to DMV for your learner's permit:

  1. Complete Drivers Ed Online or Classroom and receive certificate of completion.
  2. Enroll in Behind the Wheel training and obtain proof of enrollment.
  3. Fill out the drivers license application form DL44 and have both parents/guardians sign the form.
